How does Quartzy handle backordered items?

We know that this happens often enough. Here is how we take care of it.


1. Say you are the Lab-Manager and you accepted an order placed by one of your Lab Members.


2. Now if you discover the item is back-ordered, you can quickly inform the lab member who placed the order by clicking on the Backordered button. Back Order


3. A pop-up will open up where you can enter the expected time of arrival and send an email informing the LabMate of the back-ordered status for the item. Calendar Back Order
